Art Projects

I used to be very artistic when i was younger, i think that has to do with time available. One of my theories is that responsibility and art effort have a direct inverse relationship. The more responsibility you have the less art you create. I know some graphic designers will disagree with me.. but i tend to think in the physical sculptural world. Although there is also a direct relationship between responsibility and time/effort.
I am starting a new art project (as opposed to a car or bike project). Each and every person that comes into my house will have to sit for a portrait photograph. i will be doing this for one month total. The point is to force me to come to grips with “Depth of Field” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depth_of_field
I also have another project, i am currently collecting cardboard tubes, all sizes diameter. I need tubes from 36″ down to 2″. I found a few big ones at menards and home depot.. “sonnet” tubes for light pole bases. I have a few drawing or poster shipping tubes.. but i need some middle sized ones.
I also want to try my hand at some concrete sculpture.. concrete planters and countertops etc etc.
Anyway.
